How we manage a project

Every project is run by dedicated staff, with clear responsibilities from tender to handover.

Brief and site survey

The project manager confirms requirements with the client and assesses site conditions.

Estimate and quotation

The quantity surveyor prepares estimates, measures quantities and controls cost.

Contract and planning

The contract manager handles contract administration, client communication and coordination.

Construction and safety

Site foremen supervise on site while the safety officer keeps works compliant.

Inspection and handover

Works are checked under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system and handed over on time.

Quality and safety, together

GHJV holds ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification issued by LRQA (approval no. ISO 9001–00049761), covering construction, alteration and maintenance works.

A dedicated safety officer manages site safety and three experienced site foremen supervise works on site. Our 8,000 sq ft warehouse in Kai Tak supports materials and plant logistics.
