Guangdong Hopa Joint Venture Limited was founded in 1995 as a joint venture between TAL (鄧家發顧問有限公司) and Guangdong Overseas Construction Corporation (GOCC), and is registered with the Buildings Department as a General Building Contractor.

Since 1998 we have delivered road and drainage, foundation, building, maintenance and private fit-out works, earning the trust of clients and the industry through experience, workmanship and dependable service.
