Guangdong Hopa Joint Venture Limited (廣業聯營有限公司) was founded in 1995 as a joint venture between TAL (鄧家發顧問有限公司) and Guangdong Overseas Construction Corporation (GOCC). The company is registered with the Hong Kong SAR Government Buildings Department as a General Building Contractor.
Since 1998 we have delivered road and drainage, foundation, building, maintenance and private fit-out works. Our project experience, workmanship and dependable service have earned the trust of clients and the industry.
An office in Kowloon Bay and an 8,000 sq ft warehouse in Kai Tak provide the logistics support to deliver every project efficiently, on time and to a high standard.

The project director leads every job, with a contract manager responsible for contract delivery, supported by a quantity surveyor, project manager, safety officer, draftsman and three site foremen, so each project meets our standards from planning to completion.
