Las Pinadas Renovation

The renovation of Las Pinadas (朗松居) is one of the largest residential estate projects GHJV has delivered in recent years, with a contract value of HK$22,000,000.

Works covered five areas: the clubhouse, car park, swimming pool, gardens and common facilities, coordinated across several work zones while the estate remained in daily use. The project demonstrates our ability to plan and deliver estate-wide renovation to a high standard.
